We really need to take both mindful and heartfelt heed of such encounters as sure lessons in love and responsibility from the Creator. For He is mighty unto save. He not only saves us willingly but saves the small, the abandoned, and the lost, the stray ones and he uses the humble lessons of life to shame the haughty – those who, like Lucifer, think themselves ‘too high and mighty’ for the likes of stooping to a ‘mere animal’.
